In 1996, our company was built under the name of Dilek Gemi and renamed Guven Denizcilik in 2002. Until 2009 company has continued building yachts, tug boats, barges. In 2009, when Ant.Guven Yachting was built, two company has combined under the name of Guven Group. Now Ant.Guven Yatching continues to build yachts and Guven Denizcilik builds commercial vessels and steel constructions.

The yard undertook several yachts and shipbuilding projects and specialised in steel and aluminium yachts for domestic and international markets. Yacht repairing activities were also carried out by the yard during this period in Antalya Free Zone.
